Refund/Return Policy
No returns or refunds. All sales are final. All products are produced on demand at the time of your order.
Errors Upon Receiving Product
If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact us immediately! Items that are defective and shipped from us or items that you did not order but received from us will qualify for a re-issuance, or, in extreme cases, a refund. Please send an email with your order number and a photo of the defective / wrong product.
Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information.
- Information we collect: If you sign up for our email list, we may collect your name and email address. Like most websites, we may also use cookies for basic site functionality.
- How we use it: To send updates, product launches, contests, and news from Be Nice Ink®.
- Sharing: We do not sell or trade your personal information. We only share it with trusted services we use (like Squarespace and Mailchimp) to run our site and email list.

Donations
The Be Nice Herman Family Foundation is supported through a Donor Advised Fund (DAF). Gifts made through our DAF are tax-deductible to the fullest extent allowed by law.

We do our best to keep this site running smoothly and content accurate, but we can’t guarantee perfection. By using the site, you agree we’re not responsible for any damages or losses related to its use.
